I fell in love with baking in 2009, after making 13 dozen cookies for the Sons of Norway and Karmøy Club's Children's Christmas Party. The rest is history. I just bake a lot, hence the name Baking Beaucoup.

I'll make almost anything, from marshmallows to pies, cakes, and caramel, depending on what I'm in the mood for. Most likely, though, I'm in the mood for chocolate.

Baking is my source of comfort, creativity, and accomplishment. I love the ritual of a recipe I can repeat and the joy of saying, "Look what I made!" But most of all, baking is about sharing: "Look what I made to share with you!"
